Returns & Care
Each Isolare piece is thoughtfully created to travel with you. To ensure every garment remains in pristine condition, we kindly ask that all returns are tried on with care.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges only on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as confirmed by carrier tracking.
Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Free of scent, makeup, deodorant, or markings

Returned with all original tags attached

In original packaging, including garment bags and accessories
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Trying On With Care
Many Isolare styles are crafted from fine silks and natural fibers. To preserve their beauty, we recommend:

Trying garments on gently

Avoiding fragrance, skincare, makeup, or tanning products while trying on

Keeping protective tags attached until you’re certain the piece is right for you
Items showing signs of wear or use cannot be accepted for exchange. This allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of every Isolare piece.
Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Shipping & Fees

Free exchange shipping on orders over $500

Orders under $500 are subject to a $10 restocking fee, applied at the time of exchange

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange return labels are provided through our return portal for eligible orders
How to Start an Exchange

Visit our return portal

Enter your order number and email address

Follow the instructions to receive your exchange authorization and prepaid label
Please include your exchange authorization information inside the package.
Exchange Processing
Once your item is received and inspected:

Approved exchanges will be processed for the requested size or style (subject to availability)

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
support@isolarecollection.com, including photos of the issue, and we’ll assist you promptly.
